Cancellations & Refunds 

At Cupda, we value your trust and satisfaction with every purchase. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and handled with care. If you require assistance with your order, please review the policy below.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues or genuine manufacturing defects.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

After 7 days, exchanges will not be accepted.

Please note:

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

Minor variations in colour, weave, embroidery, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.


Refunds are applicable only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
Refund requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear images or videos.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. If your order has not yet been processed, we may assist with modifications upon request. Once processing or dispatch has begun, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds are possible.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Products purchased during a sale can be exchanged only for a different size, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sale orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We kindly request customers to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Cupda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner. While we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier, we cannot assume liability for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. To ensure secure delivery, we recommend choosing signature-required delivery, where available.
