   1. Product Authenticity - Each Cupda product is handcrafted with care. Minor variations in color, weave, embroidery, or finish are natural outcomes of artisanal processes and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece. These variations are not considered defects.
   2.  Orders & Payments - All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified unless explicitly approved by Cupda prior to processing.
   3. Shipping & Delivery - Cupda follows a slow and intentional process focused on quality and careful handling. Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery as mentioned during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics. 
   4. Returns & Exchanges - Because each piece is handmade and often made-to- order, we accept exchanges only for size issues or genuine defects within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
   5. Privacy Policy - Your personal information is secure with Cupda. It is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and customer support and is never shared with third parties.

   7. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons - During public holidays and peak seasons (such as Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Holi, Black Friday, etc.), shipping timelines may be extended due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods.
